Office of Sponsored Programs 政府

The OSP 政府 Unit consists of the 导演 of OSP, 两名助理导演, the Administrative Assistant, 合约检讨小组, Program Specialist and the IT division.

The 导演 oversees all OSP functions and also serves as the Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR) for the University of Idaho. Our Assistant 导演 for Sponsored Operations is responsible for policy and process oversight for pre-, post-award and operational functions. Our Assistant 导演 for Sponsored Accounting is responsible for oversight of the Financial and 成本会计组s, as well as policy and process oversight in these areas. 

The Program Specialist collaborates across teams to implement project management and efficiency models.

The Contract Review Unit comprises a senior contract officer and an associate contract officer who are responsible for review and negotiation of grants, contracts and agreements related to externally sponsored projects, as well as the issuance of subawards and subaward amendments.

The IT division works to maintain VERAS (Vandal Electronic 研究 政府 System) and the OSP的网站 and serves as the IT liaison between U of I and system vendors.
